A list you can read.
Most of what we cook lives at three to six ingredients. Water, salt, and oil count when they do the work. Brand names are memories, not formulas.
A pantry lifestyle
The food you already want, made from ingredients you can say out loud.
The mission
Clean Crave is for the person who wants a shorter label and is not willing to give up the plate they grew up with. The chip. The Tuesday pasta. The thing you eat standing at the counter.
This is a lifestyle, not a diet. It will not ask you to swap joy for virtue. It asks one quieter thing: if you cannot picture an ingredient growing, being pressed, or being stirred in a bowl, it does not belong in the kitchen.
A commercial snack is often an extruded product with a paragraph on the back. The Clean Crave version starts with a real base — a potato, a block of cheddar, oats, fruit, a pot of beans — and stops when the flavor is there. Salt is salt. Paprika is paprika. Cheddar is a block, not a sauce.
The books are how we keep that promise. The page you are on is the house. The recipes stay in the books.
The whole focus
Most of what we cook lives at three to six ingredients. Water, salt, and oil count when they do the work. Brand names are memories, not formulas.
No dye lakes. No flavor built in a drum. If the ingredient has to be explained by a lab, it is not on our list.
Cleaner eating that still wants crunch, salt, cheese, and a long-cooked supper. Pleasure is the point of the pantry.
